Introductory Consult
30 minutes, $45
An Introductory Consult offers an accessible and low-cost opportunity for a client to learn more about Nutritional Therapy and what working with an NTP looks like. It also includes a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire that gives both client and practitioner a greater glimpse into any client imbalances.
*Following the consult, if a client chooses to book a package, the Introductory Consult fee will be reimbursed.

Three Month Package
$595
A Three Month Package includes an Initial 90-minute session, and three 55-minute sessions. Client will have unlimited Practitioner email access and will receive weekly resources on the Foundations of Nutritional Therapy.
*This package can be booked with or without an Introductory Consult.
*Payment plans available.
Six Month Package
$995 (Clients save $95 when booking this package)
The Six Month Package includes an Initial 90-minute session, and six 55-minute sessions. Client will have unlimited Practitioner email access and will receive weekly resources on the Foundations of Nutritional Therapy.
*Clients who have completed a Six Month Package have the option of adding additional 55-minute sessions at $65 per session.

Nutritional Education Class
Caroline’s passion is rooted in making nutritional education accessible and easy to implement. Her classes cultivate a gentle and safe environment that works to break down barriers related to incorporating a nutrient-dense diet, while also equipping participants to feel empowered in making small changes toward optimal health. Caroline believes in eating to thrive and is passionate about helping people feel their best, sleep their best, and show up for life the best they can. Classes can be done virtually or in-person.
